Good to Know
We're so grateful to everyone who donates Stephen Perse uniform and sports kit — your contributions keep the shop running and make a real difference to families across the school.
Before you donate, please check that items are:
- Clean, with no holes or stains
- In good working order (zips and buttons intact)
- Current Stephen Perse uniform or sports kit only
Please note we're unable to accept non-school clothing, old-style black PE t-shirts, or girls' green scoop-neck jumpers, as these styles are no longer part of the current uniform. As the shop is run entirely by volunteers, we unfortunately don't have the capacity to sort or dispose of unsuitable items — so please do check before you donate.
Drop your donation in a clearly labelled bag to any school reception.
Ordering - you can shop online here any time! Orders are packed during term time, so any orders placed during most holidays will be processed once term restarts.
Summer Holidays - We will do our best to pack all orders placed by Friday 26 June 2026 in time for the end of term (9 July). We cannot guarantee that orders placed after 26 June will be available for collection by the end of term.
Orders placed over the summer holidays will be available for collection from the Senior School Reception on Union Road between 9:00am and 3:00pm in the last two weeks of the summer holidays.
Generic uniform items — we also hold a selection of donated generic items (including white shirts, black and charcoal shorts and trousers) that aren't listed in the online shop, as sizes and condition can vary. You're very welcome to browse these in person at one of our in-person open days — it's always worth a look!
Shop opening dates — as well as shopping online, you can visit us in person! The shop is open twice a term, accessed via the dark green gate on St Eligius Street (what3words: ///chef.places.admit). Upcoming dates are as follows:

- Friday 4 September 2026, 4-6pm
- Friday 6 November 2026, 4-6pm
- Friday 8 January 2027, 4-6pm
- Friday 26 February 2027, 4-6pm
- Friday 23 April 2027, 4-6pm

A seasonal reminder — we're always busiest in the run-up to the new school year. If you're having a uniform clear-out, donating before the end of the summer term means your items are more likely to be available for families shopping ahead of September. Every bag makes a difference!
